Can't recommend highly enough for a momentary visit

Charming hotel, superb breakfast, showcasing a clean room that provided a comfortable space for our stay and friendly staff who were always willing to assist us, located just 700 meters from Poblado.

The room was stylish, had a contemporary interior.

Positive, The room was clean and well furnished. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order and was delicious. The staff left a personalized handwritten note to welcome us upon arrival, a nice touch. There was free water and coffee available in the lobby 😊

Everything was great, and it had good wi-fi. Had a minibar, an electronic key card, and a TV in my single room. Its location was fantastic, very close to a quiet neighbourhood, all nice restaurants and bars and a great and cosy cafe where breakfast is served outside.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were very, very nice, everything was good. The room was new-fashioned and beautifully designed, included with a balcony, Netflix, a jacuzzi. Our property was in a great and unbeatable location, not far from a subway station. It was across the really quiet area...

The see-through window in the bathroom created a serious lack of privacy, made using the facilities uncomfortable. Noise from the entrance area was a nuisance , detracting from the overall experience. The hotel's location felt a bit sketchy at night. Ubering became a necessity instead.

The breakfast was decent, but the coffee tasted like instant swill, not worthy of a boutique stay. The walls were thin, and i could hear every single whisper from next door. Shockingly, i recieved no welcome gift or complimentary upgrade. Its as if they expect special guests to be treated like everyone else. Absolutely unacceptable.

the soundproofing in the room could be better, but the staff were super friendly and helped us out with breakfast each day. loved the cozy breakfast spot next door and the perfect location for walking around.

The location was super quiet, yet close to a huge supermarket was great. The reception staff were so friendly and spoke great english, helping with all my questions. My beautiful double room was modern and very clean, with a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious every morning!

The staff were cute and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was spacious, with a fantastic jacuzzi, made it extra special. It was a nice experience that exceeded my expectations from previous visits to the city.

The double room with spa bath was spacious, clean, and had air conditioning that cooled the room quickly. I loved the private bathroom with a hot tub for relaxation. The breakfast had a few simple options, and the staff surprised me with extras. There's a small burger/pizza place right outside the hotel too.
